Stir-fried chive flowers with shrimp

Since grandmother to our generation, Stir-fried chive flowers with shrimps is the basic menu that every Thai family ate in every time.
It’s also perfect to eat with rice, and rice soup. In super easy step.

The recipe serves 2 people.
Ingredients
1. Chive flowers 200 g.
2. White shrimp 150 g.
3. 50 g. of water
4. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
5. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
6. ½ teaspoon of sugar
7. 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
8. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
LET'S COOK
STEP 1: Preparing pan, vegetable oil, garlic, and shrimp
- The first step for cooking is turning cooking gas to high temperature and put oil, wait until the wok pan is hot. Then fried garlic until they turn to light yellow. After that, stir-fry shrimp until the color turns to orange.
STEP 2: Seasoning
- Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water and chive flowers then mix together.
Tip1: When shrimp is almost cooked, put the least ingredients into it because shrimp won’t good if it’s well done.
Tip2: After put chive flowers, let it cook for 1 minute to keep the vegetable still firm.
STEP 3: Serving
- Put Stir-fried chive flowers with shrimp on the serving plate and serve.
