Ingredients

1. Thai rice 3 Cups.

2. Shimp 20 Pieces.

3. Chop garlic 8 Cloves.

4. Chop Carrot 4 Tablespoon.

5. Chop Scallion 1 Tablespoon.

6. Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon.

7. 2 Eggs.

8. Oster's sauce 1 Tablespoon.

9. Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon.

10. Few ground white pepper

11. Few sugar

12. Cucumber, Scallion, Cilantro, and Lime slice for decoration.


LET'S COOK

STEP 1: Preparing pan, rice,- put and Shimp

- The first step for cooking is turning cooking gas to high temperature and put oil, wait until the wok pan is hot. Then fried garlic until they turn to light yellow.

- Put shrimp and eggs into the pan, fry until shrimp cooked.

- After that put rice, and Carrot.


STEP 2: Seasoning

- Put soy sauce, Oyster sauce, sugar and ground white paper. And mix together.

- Put fried rice on the serving plate and decorate with cucumber, scallion, cilantro, and lime slice.
