Ingredients for milk pudding
1. Coconut Water 200 ml.
2. Water 200 ml.
3. Agar Agar power 1 teaspoon.
4. Sweetened condensed milk 100 g.
5. Heavy cream 150 g.
6. Young coconut 150 g.
Ingredients for topping sauce
1. Coconut Water 100 ml.
2. Sugar 50 g.
3. Heavy cream 100 g.
LET'S COOK
STEP 1: Making pudding
- Heat up the coconut water in a pot, medium heat then put heavy cream, Agar Agar power, Sweetened condensed milk mix everything together until it boils.
- Turn off the heat and put the pudding into the cup around 3/4 of a cup. After that put young coconut into it.
- Put them in a refrigerator for 45 min.
STEP 2: Making topping sauce
- Heat up the coconut water, heavy cream, and sugar in a pot, medium heat, mix everything together until it boils. After that wait until it cold.
STEP 3: Serving
- After 45 min, bring pudding out of a refrigerator and top with the sauce.
